Moments before, I had asked them, “When you look back at this journey—the mountains, the miles, the memories—what is it that you see and feel?”. Most organizations have made great strides in improving their processes and technology, but they have overlooked the human element. We can be the authors of them. Defining moments shape our lives, but we don’t have to wait for them to happen. And for Gen Z, it's starting to affect their career choices. In Knox's Alumni Hall, we've brought together four centers that enable you to gain experience in research, service, internships, and off-campus study. To help make these experiences possible, we offer The Power of Experience Grant, which provides all incoming students with up to $2,000 to support these opportunities.
